Secrets
A portal is a stone ring. Drop a fish nearby and it opens. Walk through and you return to the cabin. No symbol puzzle is documented.
The Arctic white gate was reworked so it stays open and sends you to the map center, where Jeb is. It no longer asks for a sacrificed fish. A second gate sits by the gambling area. Those sentences are from the community wiki, not a 1.0 bullet.
Odds that are on paper
The official FAQ says the luckiest multiplier is 10×, and that cooking and gambling can happen in either order. Cooking’s base bonus conflicts across sources: the FAQ says 50 percent and a patch note says 33 percent. Do not treat either as the only number until you check the live build. Alpha 4.4.8 odds on the wiki (non-Jeremy-Wade, boneless, 39 percent at 1.81×) are historical.
Landmarks the map API names
Goldfish Cave, the Jungle lighthouse and its cave, Bait Island, the Canyons mineshaft, and a swamp structure the wiki calls Curtis’s grave (a cabin behind a boulder, a “happy birthday cutie” photo, an achievement on approach). The API has no fish spawn pins. Do not trust a coordinate that promises a legendary.

What are Act 1 secrets?
A search phrase. The game does not publish an Act 1 structure.
Is this every secret?
No. It is the portals, the pool, and the named landmarks we could source.
